We ask for 28 days to do items made with sterling silv

er as we have to order the materials in as and when required. We can cater for all occasions, weddings, birthdays, baby showers, etc. all jewellery and gift's can be made for your special occasion :) xx I can also be booked to do stalls at charity events, fun days, etc. I always aim to send out your items within a few days of receipt of payment. Please note that items may take up to 28 days in extreme circumstances. Angel's Crafty Cottages cannot be held responsible for the loss of item/items in the post. We do obtain proof of postage for all items. Angel's Crafty Cottages will only accept returns of products if they are damaged upon delivery. We would ask that if your package is damaged that you take pictures and email these to us so that we can take this up with Royal Mail. For a full refund or exchange, you must send your items back in the original packaging along with your receipt within 10 days of delivery You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss your refund/exchange so we can record this. After this time we will not accept returns or exchanges. We hope you will be very delighted and satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not please contact us to discuss your concerns. Iv added some of my makes i'v made over the last year. We have not posted or done many craft fairs this last 12 ish mth due to family problems but were starting to get back to it now stuff is settling down a little. Iv added 3 new albams of bits iv made all items can be custom made but please note they require a 50% no. Refundable deposit due to please leaving me holding custom made items i can't sell on. I will be taking more photos of item we have and getting them uploaded but this will take me a bit of time to do.
