✨ As we've welcomed so many new followers recently, we're continuing our introductions to the wonderful team behind Merlins the Jewellers! ✨

Next up is Nicki, our Store Manager in Godalming. Nicki has over 15 years of experience working across the jewellery industry, including making jewellery and running jewellery-making classes - she completed her JET2 Diploma from the National Association of Jewellers and has a passion for gemstones and all things colourful. Her friendly approach and years of experience make her an expert in her field!

A few fun facts about Nicki...

💎 Nicki has always loved gemstones, and started a rock collection in her childhood after finding Fool's Gold in a Finnish Forest, aged 8.
🥾 When she's not in store, she enjoys travel both locally and further afield, and spends lots of time planning new trips.
🧠 She loves theatre and musicals, although she states she cannot sing to save her life!
🏡 You'll find Nicki leading our Godalming store, where she's always happy to offer expert advice and a warm welcome.

First up is Rob Hayden, our Store Manager at Merlins the Jewellers, Wells.

Rob has been with us since we first opened our Wells store and has recently achieved his National Association of Jewellers (NAJ) JET2 Professional Qualification, a brilliant achievement we're incredibly proud of!

💎 He's passionate about helping customers restore and breathe new life into treasured jewellery.

🎸 Outside of Merlins, Rob plays guitar in a local touring band.
