All items are fully checked prior to being sold to ensure they are in brand new condition unless otherwise stated. Items which are sealed are not opened but checked for imperfections. If any items are damaged/broken, please inform me within 7 days of receiving the item. If items are in stock, it can be exchanged or refunded and we may request pictures of the item and packaging.
