We are a registered business, payments can be made via PayPal, Bacs Transfer or Cash on Collection. Please note all items are handmade, they may not be perfect and may have imperfections. We do not accept returns but will endeavour to fix any issues with any pieces, if considered faulty. Discolouration and oxidation is considered normal on some metals, all items should be kept clean and dry and no

t subjected to damp conditions. Resin items should be kept out of direct sunlight and away from direct heat. We will not be held responsible for broken resin pieces do to customer fault. Please note any free chains/cords must be requested and are non returnable or covered as they are simply holding chains, with the intention of being replaced by the customer. Please do not be put off with the above, we do not get many issues, but any issues we may get we will do our best to deal with quickly and fairly.
