It’s been a busy couple of weeks for the NARPO HQ team!

Last week, we held our annual Branch Officers Course in Birmingham, it was a fantastic opportunity to share ideas, answer questions and catch up with our dedicated volunteers from across the country.

We then attended the Oscar Kilo Conference and Awards where we received our special recognition award!

This week, we’re out and about again and are looking forward to attending the Police Federation of England and Wales Conference.

If you’re there, please come and say hello 👋🏼 we’re looking forward to the networking opportunities and speaking about the support and benefits available through NARPO for all police leavers.

🏆 We are delighted to share that earlier this week, NARPO received a Special Recognition Award at the annual Oscar Kilo UK Conference and Awards Evening.

The award recognises the evidence-based approach and organisational changes NARPO has implemented to better support those leaving the police service. 🏆

CEO Alan Lees and DEP CEO Steve Wilcock attended the event and were honoured to join organisations from across policing who are committed to improving wellbeing for serving officers, staff and retirees.

This recognition reflects NARPO's ongoing commitment to ensuring that those leaving the service receive the support, guidance and wellbeing resources they deserve.

When someone close to you dies, the paperwork can feel relentless.

Forms. Deadlines. HMRC. Banks.
And often, no clear starting point.

Many retired officers tell us the same thing:

“I dealt with crisis for 30 years. I just didn’t expect to feel so lost when it was my own family.”

If you’re unsure what probate involves, what your responsibilities are as an executor, or whether you even need professional support, that’s completely normal.

We offer:
✔️ Clear, fixed fees
✔️ Face-to-face explanations
✔️ Support with HMRC and financial institutions
✔️ Straight answers without jargon

Proud to support members of NARPO and their families when it matters most, recommended by word-of-mouth.
