The Drum Lounge took me about 4 months to build and has already proved to be a complete success with amazing soundproofing qualities and awesome acoustics! Teaching and recording have been an absolute pleasure and I’m now making a start on the videos for my ‘Easy Paced Lessons from the Drum Lounge’ series.

I always advise complete beginners to have a few lessons before investing in a drum kit and have seen some great innovations for practice without drums including paint pots, American Football helmets and Tupperware containers. What's your best alternative drum kit?
