Reverse pandas: scientifically proven* to make your wrist (and your day) at least 37% cooler.

(*Not actually scientifically proven… but spend five seconds with this line-up and you’ll understand.)

Today we’re showcasing one of our all-time favourite combos — the reverse panda dial. Now, you can buy a brand-new watch with a reverse panda dial… but more often than not (at least to our eyes) it ends up looking like a generic tribute act — shiny, perfect, and somehow missing the point.

A vintage one, on the other hand, carries decades of lived-in charm: gentle patina, softened lume, tiny stories etched into every mark. Each one feels personal, authentic and unmistakably itself — not a mass-produced lookalike (not that we’re biased of course 😉).

From left to right you’ve got:

• Heuer Autavia 2446C NS
• Breitling Top Time 810 Mk.II
• Enicar Sherpa Graph 300 Mk.III
• Another Breitling Top Time 810 Mk.II (because why not when they’re that good!)
• And rounding things off, another gorgeous Autavia 2446C NS

So tell us… which one’s calling your name?
Team Heuer? Team Breitling? Team Enicar? Or quietly scheming how to justify all five…

And because it’s Friday and we’re in a festive mood, use code PandaTime for £250 off (this weekend only!) any of these beauties. Given our already brilliant pricing, this is effectively stacking wins.

Tap to navigate to each watch page, and if one steals your heart — well, don’t say we didn’t warn you.

1960's reverse panda showdown! 🐼

On the left, we have the Enicar Sherpa Graph 300 Mark III, a rugged sports chronograph from the late 1960s. It features the iconic Valjoux 72 movement in a 39mm case. On the right is the Breitling Top Time Ref. 810 Mark II from the mid-1960s, powered by the Venus 178 movement in a slightly smaller 38mm case.

Both watches showcase the iconic reverse panda dial layout that defined the sporty chronographs of their era.

Which would you choose? The robust Sherpa Graph with its adventure heritage, or the refined Top Time with its timeless Breitling pedigree?

Can't decide? Good news - both of these beauties are currently available on our website. Whether you're Team Enicar or Team Breitling, we've got you covered!

Double Trouble: Two Stunning Must de Cartier Tanks 🔥👯‍♀️

Get ready to do a double-take with this stunning pair of vintage Must de Cartier Tanks! 👀

The Must de Cartier is more than just a pretty face. When Cartier introduced this line in the 1970s, they had a idea to bring their luxury brand within reach of a wider audience. By using vermeil (gold-plated silver) instead of solid gold and cheaper movements, they made owning a Cartier more accessible than ever. 💰

The Tank Must became an instant hit, spotted on the wrists of style icons and jet-setters worldwide. 🌍✈️ Fast-forward to 2021, and Cartier relaunched the Must de Cartier collection, sparking a newfound appreciation for the vintage originals.

Collectors are falling in love all over again with the Must’s timeless design and the fascinating story behind it. 😍 These watches aren’t just accessories - they’re a slice of Cartier history! 📜

So, which of these vintage beauties caught your eye? Let us know in the comments

P.s. both are available for sale on our site now! 👀

An understated, elegant Rolex? Meet the Rolex Precision Dress watches.

You may be used to seeing “Superlative Chronometer Officially Certified” on a vintage Rolex dial, but what does it mean when this is replaced by the word “Precision”?

In short, Rolex used “Precision” on watches that are not certified by the Contrôle Officiel Suisse des Chronomètres (COSC). This being said, it’s important to note that COSC certification has little bearing on the watch itself. Non-certified watches didn’t fail certification, they simply didn’t apply for the certification.

These Precision labelled watches were introduced by Rolex to offer a lower priced product whilst still protecting their main product lines by the differentiation in the labelling. For those who couldn’t quite afford the traditional lines, a Rolex Precision offered a great first step on the ladder…. in a similar way the Tudor brand did.

These watches were introduced in two styles. The first were elegant dress watches as we see here, often in gold but sometimes steel. Rolex first introduced these pieces in the 40s, with the latest examples coming from the 70s. These were available in simple snapback cases, with most examples dating from the 50’s and 60’s.

The three examples you see here are all for sale on our site, click through to see more details, from left to right:

⌚ Rolex Precision 9k, 1969 - £2,395
⌚ Rolex Precision 4516 9k Gold, 1955 - £2,495
⌚ Rolex Precision 9k Gold, 1954 - £2,495

*Don't forget to use code "Meta100" for £100 off!

The second style debuted in the classic Rolex Oyster case, appearing on the scene in circa 1953. The most famous of these are the Oysterdate and Oyster Precision models. While these made up the majority of “Precision” labelled watches, it’s interesting to note that some models of the Rolex Air King also included this label.
