Double string of exquisite vintage cream Akoya sea pearls in tan mock leather box with gold leaf decoration and silk and velvet lining. Box printed with ‘A J Mountstephen, Goldsmith & Silversmith, Sidmouth’. Pearls graduate from 3mm-7mm in excellent condition. Newly cleaned and restrung; fully knotted on fine white silk. Original white metal unmarked decorative bow marcasite push clasp. All steels in place and secure. 48 & 51 centimetres (19 & 20 inches inches). Sold in box.
