Ruth Makes Jewellery Our unique handmade silver jewellery is inspired by landscape and wildlife, and our cats The silver is hallmarked at Birmingham Assay Office.

Ruth Makes Jewellery combines the designs of Ruth Sutcliffe and Jez Coates. Based in the West Yorkshire Pennine hills in UK, they create sterling silver jewellery inspired by local landscape, wildlife, pets, natural forms, mystical moongazing hares and wolves. Each unique piece is hand sawn from sterling silver sheet, sometimes incorporating copper and brass, and either polished to a rich lustre,

or oxidised to create atmospheric wearable art. We are happy to discuss ideas for commissions to create beautiful personal jewellery, perfect for special gifts.
