Had a brilliant first sea day of classes on ambassador Ambition. We had a total of 59 out of a possible 60 persons and unfortunately had to turn a few away in the afternoon session.
Everyone who was fortunate enough to get in the classes made beautiful tulip pendants from uv resin and stickers.

Been playing with my Christmas present - Resincrete, an eco-resin and non toxic. A safer, fume-free alternative to epoxy resin. It produces a ceramic style effect and, I think, it is a new craft for me on cruises as it can be demoulded in 30 minutes and can be decorated in various ways.
I made some fridge magnets and keyrings using uv resin and stickers.

As we didn’t arrive in Copenhagen until 1pm, we had an extra class this morning of diamond art. They made mirror compacts or glass cases and everyone enjoyed our little impromptu class.

My latest class on Balmoral as we head towards Bilbao was creating a dried flower pendant encased in resin. Some even created a unique piece including air bubbles! Had a full class for this as it was a new and different craft for most.

Just completed the first 3 craft sessions on Fred Olsen’s Balmoral as we head to France. Everyone is enjoying themselves and having fun ( including Drew Milton and myself teaching). We have made so far a crystal bracelet, kumihimo bracelet and a Parisienne themed stencilled tote bag.
