A year ago today, we lost the main man himself, Walter Arthur Morris Bywater.
He wasn’t just the founder of this company.
He was a very special man in many ways; to which anyone who has ever worked with him could firmly attest.
In the confines of the workplace, he was an exceptionally hardworking, driven, caring and understanding boss, mentor, father, grandfather and friend, who lead by example, in his own quiet, jovial and mild-mannered way.
Beyond the workplace, he was all of the above and much, much more; bringing his approachability, wisdom, kindness, humour, sense of awe and adventure to many people both connected and unconnected to Morris Bywater Ltd - namely, his incredible wife, Rita, who has shown remarkable strength over the past year.
So we raise a virtual glass today, to someone who touched the lives of so many, and for the wonderful company we all so enjoy and feel pride to work for - here is to many more years of carrying on his legacy! 🥂
