Our rings are made from a very rare (last remaining) pure 24 carat welsh gold which was originally extracted from the famous Gwynfynydd Gold Mine, Dolgellau, North Wales. In 1986 the Queen was presented with kilogram of this welsh gold on her 60th Birthday. This gold has been used for wedding rings for Princess Diana, Prince Charles and more recently Kate Middleton. This gold stock is believed to

be almost exhausted now, making this some of the most valuable gold around. There is an 88-year-old tradition of welsh gold within the Royal Family, dating back to the marriage of Elizabeth Bowes Lyon and the future George Vi.
