Yesterday and I spent a brilliant day workshop near Blandford, learning some new skills from Heidi on how to set thicker bezel’s with a hammer hand piece tool, something I have been wanting to learn for a while now.

This beautiful grey moonstone was the outcome and I love it 😍 thank you for a wonderful day Heidi, excited for our next class!

I have been quietly working away creating some new pieces that are now with my lovely stockist These hand crafted silver pieces are ready to find their new home.

Spring has been a gentle inspiration lately and I have been enjoying walks in the woods with Hester and Val watching the leaves turn green and everything coming into bloom. I hope you feel a little of that magic in my jewellery.

Snowdrops are one of the first flowers to bloom as winter begins to fade. These delicate white blooms are symbols of hope, renewal, and new beginnings, a reminder that no matter how harsh the winter has been, spring is on its way.

In folklore, they represent purity and protection, often linked to warding off evil spirits. They bloom around Imbolc (2nd February and is the midpoint between winter solstice and spring equinox) signalling the light returning after the darkest days of winter.

HAZEL LEAF STICK PIN

I have really enjoyed creating my first stick pin, and it’s off to start a new adventure in France 🥰

This fine silver piece is a keepsake, inspired by the beautiful woodland in East Devon where the recipient rode for years, and where I am now lucky enough to ride. It’s a lovely piece of home to take with her on her travels.
