I wanted to pop on and say a little hello, as I’ve been very quiet recently 🤍

Nearly two weeks ago I badly hurt my back, and it’s completely knocked me off my usual rhythm. I’ve had to take a step back from creating, posting, and being present here while I focus on healing.

It hasn’t been easy to slow down, especially when this little space means so much to me, but I’m listening to my body and giving it the time it needs.

Thank you so much for your patience and for still being here… it really does mean the world. I’m hoping to be back very soon, gently easing back into things.

Until then, I’m sending lots of love and will keep you updated 🤍
