Claire Fiona Jewellery Unique handmade jewellery using silver, resin, enamel and semi-precious stones. Hi I'm Claire, a silversmith designer and maker living in Cornwall.

All items over the legal weight ( Sterling Silver 7.78g ) are hallmarked at the London Assay Office with my mark CF. I studied my silversmithing degree at Truro college where my style and confidence grew into my brand today. My inspiration comes from geometric forms found in nature and architecture, but the hexagon in particular has dominated my design process and ultimately the finished product.

I make unique one-off pieces as well as custom and everyday wear. Jewellery is a great way to show our personality and I love that I can provide that platform for people. Thank you for looking!

A little insight in to how I make my hexagon components, a process I learnt from box maxing. Starting with sheet silver I measure the lines I need then scrape out the silver at the correct angle to then fold over to make the hexagon shape and solder the seam. From there I use a tube cutter to help cut out hexagon slices and solder jump rings for easy assembly onto different items of jewellery. Quite a lengthy process for me but really worth it for multiple items at the same size. Would you do it any different?
