Couldn't have asked for a better start to the day with 8am restorative yoga on Gyllyngvase beach, Falmouth led by , followed by a sauna with 🧘🥵

The timing was perfect too as it was high tide, so just a quick trot across the sand for a cold plunge in crystal clear waters 🌊

Just what I needed after a chaotic rollercoaster of a week 🙏

I also managed to squeeze in a quick photography session for some new sea glass jewellery, coming soon to my website 📸

Feeling refreshed & invigorated, ready for another busy week 💚

Finally got around to cleaning and sorting through my Seaham Beach sea glass haul from my visit a few weeks ago 🌊✨

I hadn't even noticed some of these unique treasures when I picked them up!! 😍

My favourites have to be the gorgeous opalescent piece, the perfectly shaped heart, and of course the beautiful blue multi 💙🤍

A few weeks ago, while visiting family in Lancashire, I decided to take a day trip over to the iconic sea glass beach at Seaham and it definitely didn't disappoint 👣✨

The multi-coloured sea glass nuggets are amazing 😍

It was such a joy searching along the shoreline for treasures with many other collectors, & everyone was so friendly too. 🌊

Can't wait to visit again. 🏃‍♀️ Have you ever been to seaham? Whats your best find?
