Now I’m finally feeling human again, me & Flissy spent the evening making these little kindness boxes for Dementia Action Week to hide around town 🫶🏼

Each one has beads, string & a little moment of creativity inside — because even the smallest moments of connection matter ✨

This one feels extra special to us as dementia is something very close to our hearts 💙

Dementia is something very close to our hearts. My grandma, Felicity’s great grandma lives with dementia, so this week means a little extra to us 🫶🏼

One thing dementia has taught us is how important the little moments are 🤍
A familiar song, a chat, holding hands, laughing together, making memories where you can ✨
