I have received the two charns and am absolutely delighted with them!!
The quality and finish is excellent and the colour of the blue is just right, not too dull and not too bright.

The service and communication has been superb, also with a personal touch.

So happy with my necklace , one side is white for my white frenchie Herbie and the other side is red for my little red frenchie dolly. My heart is still broken forever but I like having them closer. The necklace is perfect.

I just wanted to tell you how thrilled I am with my beautiful ashes ring.

I wear it all the time - just as my little dog was with me all the time when he was here.

Matt was super helpful in the process and email replies were really prompt.

I even added an order for a necklace after sending the ashes to Matt - she loves that too and also wears it all the time.

The packages arrived safely,quickly and everything was included to make it all easy to do.

Thankyou for such a great service and beautiful jewellery.

I wish I’d done this when my mum passed last year - I totally recommend to anyone thinking of getting memorial jewellery.

A friend and I got permanent bracelets and they’re gorgeous! Matt was super friendly and answered all our questions prior to visiting. Showed us our options on arrival to make sure we liked the one we’d originally opted for. All the options were lovely! Matt checked the size for us before fitting and double checked them before we headed home. Thanks Matt, we love them!
