I'm so delighted to have received the Phil Barnes Enamelling Bursary with my Bwthyn dish the the Goldsmith's Craft and Design Awards on Monday evening.

I am looking forward to being able to work on new work and developing new skills with the bursary soon!

I had a wonderful evening at the seeing familiar familiar faces, catching up with everyone from and , all the winners from and meeting lots of new wonderful people. I was absolutely in awe of everyone's amazing work.

SHINE 2025

Its been a few weeks but what a fab night! 🍾 Thanks to everyone who came, lovely to meet so many new faces and a big big thank you to everyone at the Goldsmith's centre for being such a huge support

So delighted to be showing alongside such amazing work by such lovely people. 👏

I've loved every second of being back in North Wales ⛰️. Going on walks, sitting in the sun on the beach, eating berries from my grandad's garden with my nephew, started making a little at the lovely space at , I've seen some amazing jewellery curated by and Dr Elizabeth Goring at including 's who i'll be doing a pop up with for on the 17th of september. Mae fy amser yn Bishopsland yn dod i ben yn fuan iawn, felly dwi’n gwneud y gorau o’r gweithdy yma yn creu, creu, creu! Mi fyddai yn Waterperry Gardsns rhwng yr 11eg a 13eg o Orffenaf (stand B32) felly dewch draw o’s ‘da chi’n gallu.

I’m sadly in my last few weeks here at Bishopsland. I’ve been trying to enjoy the glourious sunshine and make the most of the time I have in this workshop. So i’ve been making stock and working on new ideas to show at Waterperry Gardens between the 11th and the 13th of July. Stand B32

We love the textures and details in Beca Fflur’s ‘Llwybr Llechi Box’ which was awarded a Bronze Award in the Smallworkers & Modelmakers - Junior section, sponsored by Cleave & Company, and a Bronze Award in the Smallworkers Design section in this year’s GC&DC Awards.

This wonderful piece can be seen in person at the Goldsmiths’ Centre’s Spotlighting Getting Started exhibition until 26th June.

The exhibition is free to visit and is now in its final weeks, so make sure you head down to see it while you can!
