If you like my jewellery there's an opportunity to buy some of your favourite pieces and help The Fisherman's Mission at the same time. Do you love matt, unpolished gemstones? I love working with them, particularly on necklaces, or mixing polished and unpolished with either silver, brass or copper to add textures and contrasts. This collection of necklaces is available in Slipway on it's last day, Friday 9th May - until 3pm when the exhibition at Porthleven's Old Lifeboat closes, (😔) then after that they will be at Lizardart at the Trelowarren gallery on the Lizard Peninsula. (Or message me if you like them). The gemstones I've used here are Lapis Lazuli, Jasper, Carnellian, Onyx and vintage Cognac Amber (though I'm not sure Amber counts as a gemstone - though it's highly prized)

Only two more days to go at Porthleven's Old Lifeboat House Slipway exhibition. The weather has been so wonderful and the view of the pier and Institute from the Gallery has captivated all four of us. My jewellery and self are there both remaining days. We're here Flora Day 10-5 and then 10-3.00pm on Friday. We've seen so many lovely people and will be so sad to leave. (Necklace of Moss Agate with offset silver squares.)

I'm very happy to say my newest jewellery collections will be available in 'Slipway', an exciting mixed exhibition in Porthleven's Old Lifeboat House during the week of 3rd -9th of May. As many of you may know I had to stop making jewellery last October after 32 years, and since leaving The Shipyard Market in January (which I miss very much), I gave my hands and wrists a complete long rest. To begin making again recently, however slowly, has been an immense pleasure. Please come along and let me know what you think. There is also a ceramicist, a painter and a photographer sharing the space, so there will be plenty of beautiful, award-winning creativity for you to enjoy. PS. We are open during Porthleven Food Festival and on Flora Day.
