After a busy and exhausting week, Saturday is my day to slow down.
No rushing. No shopping centres. No crowds. No noise.
Just me, barefoot in the garden, feeling the grass under my feet, picking fresh mint for winter tea, catching little pieces of sunshine between the clouds, and allowing my mind to breathe again.
Sometimes the most powerful therapy is simple.
Silence. Fresh air. Nature. Grounding.
This is how I calm my nervous system and reconnect with myself before another week begins.
In a world that constantly pushes us to do more, maybe the real luxury is allowing yourself to pause. 🤍
Who else needs this kind of reset sometimes?
