Let me take you back to 2013, when I first started Sadie Jewellery ✨

Back then I was experimenting with sterling silver, gemstones, sea glass and lots of intricate wire work, all inspired by a lifetime spent by the sea and in the surf.

In 2014, I was invited by my local Barclays to host monthly pop up shops in Newquay, where I began refining my style.

By 2016, my jewellery was stocked across Cornwall and some of my signature designs from back then (my floating sea glass jewellery and Whipsiderry wave necklaces) both of which remain my bestsellers nearly a decade later.

Fast forward to 2021, I moved to Falmouth and into a shared studio with fellow jewellers.

A year later, I opened The Sea Glass Studio.. My own purpose built studio, teaching space and shop.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of featuring on BBC Escape to the Country (twice!), hosting pop up shops in John Lewis and seeing The Sea Glass Studio win TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards in both 2024 and 2025.

Looking back at these photos, it’s hard to believe how much has happened since the beginning. I wouldn’t have been able to have done it without you, friends and family!!!

Summer collection pending 🌞 2026 the year I go back to my roots..

When I first started making jewellery, I specialised in intricate wire work, weaving gems and sea glass into delicate designs.

I wanted to revisit where it all began, taking it right back to the very beginning again, just for some fun initially solely for myself.

This is where I feel most comfortable, the familiarity is bringing me so much joy, playing without putting any pressure on myself.

Over the last year I’ve been making jewellery that’s different to my classic sea glass designs I’ve been sharing on here.

Work that’s finer & somewhat sparklier.

The compliments have been in abundance and a lady recently asked to take the necklace I was wearing off my neck 🤣

These exclusive one offs have been picked up by galleries, sold really well at my John Lewis pop ups and recently in my studio to the point where it’s now all sold out…

I’ve tested the waters with them so to speak…

Enough is enough, it’s time I released them properly and the collection is being curated as we speak. Here’s a little glimpse at a mother of pearl bracelet being made.

When BM rang and asked if I would like to be a part of their new wellness hub, I absolutely jumped at the opportunity!! Like hello is this real? Why yes Sadie is it..

The brief: Beginner friendly sea glass jewellery workshops, inspired by the sea and our coastal surroundings that last 1 hour long.

I started teaching 3 years ago and never in my wildest dreams did I think that this could happen 🥹

I can’t believe I found this bottle neck, so smooth and still a cylinder! Beachcombing for sea glass really is the best hobby ✨
