There is a new boy in town.....Mr Acorn 🌰

He is available for pre-order in Argentium silver and bronze with either a shiny or antique finish. We love autumn so we wanted to make a special ghost to suit the season 🍂

Happy 🐝

After a hard day in the studio there is nothing better than sitting in the garden, cuppa in hand, watching the bees buzzing around.

We have currently have four different bee nests around the garden 🥰

We love bees so much, they have inspired many different pieces in our Countryside Collection.

Did you know all of our pieces start out life as wax?

We use a process called lost wax casting, the oldest known examples of this technique are around 6,500 years old! Once the wax models have been created they are coated in plaster which is left to harden. The plaster is then put into a kiln where the wax then melts out, leaving a perfect impression of itself behind. Molten metal is then poured into the plaster and we are left with an exact replica of the wax model, isn't that amazing!

These ghosts were designed a while back, and after a special request to turn one into a figurine we have offered the option on site should you wish to have an ornamental companion sat in your home, as well as a friend that hitches a ride around your neck exploring with you on your daily travels.

One of our lovely customers asked if we had plans on adding any plain ghost designs to our collection. We just so happened to be working on a few new pieces so we sent her some photos and she fell in love with them. She said she'd love a figurine for herself and a pendant for her daughter, these are the result. They are now all the way over in New York!
