Position: Sales Assistant / Service Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Sales Assistant / Service Assistant to join our family-run jewellery business in Milngavie.
This is a varied role where you will help customers find the perfect piece, provide excellent service, and support our jewellery repair services.
Key responsibilities include:
* Welcoming customers and providing a warm, personal service
* Assisting with jewellery and gift sales
* Logging and managing customer repairs
* Booking in items for repair and keeping customers updated
* Watch fitting and adjustments (full training provided)
* Maintaining a high standard of presentation in store
* Supporting the day-to-day running of the shop
We are looking for someone who is:
* Friendly and approachable
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Confident speaking with customers
* Interested in jewellery, watches and customer service
* Keen to learn new skills
Previous retail or jewellery experience is welcome but full training will be provided for the right person.
