I’m taking a complete 6 week break from all of my social media channels. My brain, body and nervous system has been crying out for a dopamine detox for a couple of years if I’m being fully honest with myself.

I’m still making and my website is still open. You can catch me via email at [email protected] or contact me through the contact form on my website. Also, check out my stories and highlights to sign up to my mailing list - I’m leaning into sharing more through that direct pathway too!

I look forward to re-entering this space in 6 weeks with some fresh neural pathways and a much more down regulated nervous system. I’ll be sharing the construction of my new workspace! Exciting!

Much love ###

Two Forest Witch necklaces remain.

A reminder during this season. Stay true to your cycles.

The forest knows when to rest. 🌲✨
The first features a a frosty moonstone and an icy herkimer diamond and the second a blood red garnet, the deepest of green tourmalines and the other 🤍 ✨

🌲Where are all my Winter Forest Witches at? 🌙

A winter offering.

As the year turns inward, the forest begins to shift its language. Greens deepen, shadows lengthen, a hush descends. This is the season of roots, of stillness, of listening beneath the surface.

I created these necklaces as a reminder of the forest’s winter call. When the world slows and the earth rests, I find an even deeper pull toward the trees, especially those that remain green throughout. When moss darkens and glistens with rain and the moon feels closer as she hangs lower in the night sky. This is where I’m invited to wander now. Scotland beckons.

The natural world continues to be my greatest teacher. Winter asks us not to bloom, but to trust, to honour what is unseen, what is gathering strength beneath the soil. It reminds us that rest is not absence, but preparation. That life is always moving, even when it appears still.

This pieces carry a small silver branch, stones that, for me, call me to still my thoughts and slow down and a waning crescent moon. An invitation to honour the darker months, to tend the inner forest, and to trust the slow, patient cycles of our lives.

They’re live now, and ready to ship.

~ Monday Mantra ~

This week’s mantra feels like a message that Scotland whispered to me as I embarked on a week of solo adventures.

‘The earth has music for those who listen’

I carried these words on my wrist as I travelled ~ a gentle reminder to slow down, breathe, and really drop in and listen. To the wind, the water, and the parts of myself that really only allow themselves a voice in the stillness of soltitude. 🌿 I sang my mushroom song as I foraged, let myself go slow as I climbed munroes, stopping frequently to admire the changing views and to appreciate how far I’d come since my last rest. And sought out signal-free overnighters to avoid the pull of my phone. I’m bringing the ‘noticing’ back with me into my day-to-day.

I’m asking myself (and you): ‘What song is the earth singing to you this week?’

~ We heal in spirals ~

Ever felt like you’re coming up against the same emotional story or pattern, again and again? ‘I thought I’d dealt with this!’ The self-admonishment can make our experience so much worse!

We Heal in Spirals. Bringing in the symbology of the spiral as a reminder that healing is never linear, but rather a gentle circling back to ourselves, each time a little deeper and with the wisdom we have gained from moving through the last rotation.

These snuggy hoops hug close to to your ear, and my hope is they will serve as super wearable, everyday earrings with a message of growth and renewal. I hope you give yourself grace as you remember that every turn round the spiral, every cycle and every time you begin again is part of your journey, and is there to be honoured.
