As you know, I’ve not been feeling myself lately. A huge shift in hormones has really taken a toll on me… how I look at myself, my business, even questioning if I’m good enough at times.

This stage of life is definitely challenging, but I truly believe it’s only going to make me stronger in the long run ✨

But on the days where I feel a little bit more like me again, I’m taking full advantage of it 🤍 Because I know the old Nat is still there somewhere… and she’s ready to come back stronger than ever.

So to anyone going through something similar — we’ve got this. One step at a time, and we’ll come back with full force 🫶🏼

Weekly round up 🤍

It might look boring to others, but honestly having a simple routine will always be my go to ✨
