I am so pleased with this latest ring in my new bronze and gold collection .
It is so tactile and for the first time I have broken my purist views and used a lab grown diamond as I wanted a large stone for the effect . When I started this design process at the beginning of the year the goal of the end product was part visual and part cost with gold being so high.
I feel I have achieved both with this ring as it is very affordable ring for a statement piece.

Three pairs of ruby stud earrings for July birthdays.
All these earrings are so wearable. The first pair are set with fine quality ruby facetted stones with a double beaten surround to enhance the stones.
The second pair are cabochon stones set in a Roman style design.
The third are simple studs in rose gold .

New emerald ring set with an emerald cabochon.
This Roman style of design works well with a cabochon stone and I love the colour of these emeralds. Some people compare them to a Paraiba tourmaline cab.

New bronze and gold to be set with peridot to add to my collection of rings.
I am so pleased with these in design, weight and texture as all a new journey of experimentation with the bronze metal but the vision was there of how they would look.

Four beautiful ruby rings for the birthstone of July.
Known as the “ king of precious stones” for their hardness, fine red colour and rarity.
These four rings are set with cabochon rubies- the first one is a fine Mozambique stone with two old cut diamonds. These four rings second ring is set with a fine ‘ table top’ ruby and the last one is a very large cabochon stone.
All perfect for a July birthday, a ruby wedding anniversary or an engagement ring.

These are gemstones that I sourced on my trip to Pakistan in the field.
I made a ring like this many moons ago with a blue and green theme but the stones were aquamarine and peridot, this one is peridot for the main stone with green tourmaline on the shoulders.

This unique, favourite Paraiba tourmaline and emerald cluster ring was sold at my exhibition this week.
The colour of the gemstone is superb, the design unique and one of my favourite pieces which will be very hard to replicate.

What a great day. It is always a lot of work to prepare for an exhibition, making new pieces, polishing everything, setting up so it is so rewarding when I have a day like today with lots of lovely people visiting, appreciating and purchasing my work.
Some of special pieces found new homes which in the case of the Paraiba tourmaline is slightly bitter sweet as they are favourites which I know cannot be replicated but that is in creating and it was wonderful to see my new work being so well received.

The birthstone for July is Ruby. Renowned for its vibrant red colour and also being highly durable scoring 9 on the MOHs scale. In ancient India, ruby was called the “king of precious stones” for its rarity, beauty and hardness.
This ruby and diamond necklace is set with one of the finest quality rubies showing the deep red with a hint of purple.
I have set it in 18 carat yellow gold with the diamonds in 18 carat white gold for contrast.
