Perfect and perfectly imperfect geometry. A central moonstone with eight blue sapphire satellites. An orange tourmaline with surrounding pearls and a green tourmaline and blue sapphire serenity pendant. All handmade in solid gold.

Some of the pieces I have loved working on over the last few weeks. Including a 1970’s style Bombe ring set with heirloom old cut diamonds. If you are weighing up lab grown vs natural diamonds - these old cut Victorian diamonds win the argument every time.
A bespoke serenity pendant set with tourmaline and ch*****ne diamonds and a unicorn set with birthstones for a baby’s christening. There is also a fitted wedding band and an upcycled engagement ring and a man’s wedding band that has been handmade with gold handed down from his grandmother ✨

Eight rubies and a rose cut yellow diamond from Botswana make up this bespoke satellite ring. A beautiful and unique ring. All set in 18 carat yellow gold and handmade at The Goldsmiths’ Centre in Farringdon. ✨

I have been quiet on here lately as I have taken some time out to look after a family member but wanted to send love out into the world this Valentine’s Day with 18 carat gold hearts, an ‘Always and Forever’ wedding band, puppy love and ‘I Love You’s’!

Today I said goodbye to this amazing 2.2 carat natural Asscher cut diamond.

This exceptional stone was originally owned by my client’s grandmother ( won in a poker match!) but its original platinum setting was fragile and dated and it no longer felt like the right ( or safe) house for this beautiful stone.

The diamond has been completely upcycled and set in heavy weight solid gold. The design draws on age-old geometric motifs - the clean lines, precise symmetry and carefully considered proportions allow the Asscher cut’s architectural beauty to shine.

A beautiful family heirloom ✨✨✨

Back at the bench and feeling hopeful for 2026 🤍

Gold seems to be continuing its golden era, and a handful of these pieces are still available on the website at their old prices ( the crosses, nugget and wishbone necklace). They’ll change when they’re made again — but that’s a story for later!

I’m finishing up a number of bespoke pieces this week, each with its own story, and I’ll be sharing them here very soon ✨
Last year was filled with deeply personal commissions, all carrying different meanings, and I’m really looking forward to seeing what we’ll co-create together in 2026.

Some of the pieces I have worked on this year that have reminded me why I love doing what I do. There is so much meaning, memory and emotion captured in these small details. From a ‘Will you marry me?’ butterfly ring to an emerald evil eye used as a talisman for birth. Thank you to everyone who has commissioned work this year. Happy, happy Christmas 🎄✨✨✨✨✨
