Apparently there are quite a few scammers around at the moment. If in doubt, always make sure you go to an official website, or double check via your browser that the event is a genuine one, before sending any money to secure your table or pitch!

Facebook marketplace, new Pages and Events are pretty easy to set up, and apparently some have been using Stallholders bank details to set up Direct debits for the agreed one-off amount! I usually type the company name and the word 'scam' in to Google if I am suspicious. Claire P
