There are way too many things to consider when it comes to choosing the perfect diamond.

Diamonds Decoded is a new series to help break down expert knowledge, so that you can also buy diamonds like a dealer would.

We’re kicking off the series with the most important of the 4Cs - cut.

This is the quality factor I’d never compromise on when choosing a diamond.

A diamond’s job is to play with light, and the cut determines how well it does that job.

So whatever you do, never settle for anything below an excellent cut!

Table Assembly returns for its second season. This time, in collaboration with Naiad , bringing fine jewelry into the world of tablescaping.

Throughout the afternoon, guests will take part in a series of curated creative experiences, before coming together around one collaborative tablescape of food, florals, and jewelry.

So… many of you asked if Naiad would be hosting any other events soon.

Although it was definitely within my plans, I wasn’t expecting to do one this soon!

And so, I’m honoured to announce that I’ll be collaborating with .co to bring you the second season if Table Assembly — The Summer Table 🪻💍🍑

This season, we’ll bedazzle flowers into your own ikebana, style seasonal tarts by hand, and come together to build one communal tablescape — food, florals, and jewellery, all woven through it.

You won’t just be a guest! As you’ll get to make something uniquely yours, while contributing to something bigger. At the end, you’ll get to eat your creation, take home your flower arrangement, and a Naiad gift bag.

I thought I was going to lose my way in my artistic practice forever.

Thankfully, I found it again - through jewelry.

In my art, I’d build multi-media installations to evoke emotions and express my own. But it would always feel extremely discouraging when it seems the effect just dissipates into the room, and I can’t quite see where it was landing.

In my jewelry practice, I can see that continuous line of effect directly. I see it in my clients, and I can feel it in myself.

That connection that binds my story to someone else’s is what I was truly seeking for.

And that is what Naiad is built on.
