As a jewellery designer and maker, Kareece draws inspiration from her everyday life experiences, such as the places that she has been to, things that she seen and new materials or objects that she has found. Kareece takes a playful approach towards her work and in her designs. A method originating from her early childhood where through curiosity, trial and error, she has been motivated to experime

nt, learn and understand how different mediums behave and what could be made from them. This has resulted in tactile jewellery that invites the wearer to fiddle and play. Kareece’s jewellery is more than just an item to complete your wardrobe, it serves an extra purpose, it adds to life’s many small pleasures.
