This is a proposal story not to be missed ✨

Morgan & Ellie came into Queensmith together to design their beautiful engagement rings and then coincidentally proposed to each other on the same day.

“It was Morgan’s 30th birthday, so I took her to Cornwall to an Airbnb in St Ives, with a beautiful view of the ocean. She went upstairs so I could decorate for her birthday.

She was adamant she wanted to go to the beach straight away, but I called her downstairs, made her close her eyes and took her bag off her shoulder, which was unusually heavy…now it makes sense why. 

We have a French Bulldog called Zuzu, and Morgan gives me a hard time because it’s only my details that are on her tag, so I told her that for an early birthday present I finally fixed it, I put her collar on, and the tag read ‘Will You Marry Me’. She said yes (thankfully), then told me to wait there, ran off to her bag and called Zuzu over.

Turns out she had the same idea as I did and replaced Zuzu’s collar with a new white one that said ‘Mrs and Mrs’, then proposed back to me! 

She opened the box, and it was empty; she tried to use the box I had just used that had her ring in it, forgetting mine was in her back pocket 😂

Take 2 with the right box and I very happily said yes!

She planned to do it on the beach and had been picking out the perfect spot from the balcony upstairs while I was decorating. I did then say that she still could have done her plan but I think we both got too excited and just did it there and then. 

It still hasn’t quite sunk in, but still very much in our bubble ☺️”
