My love of cornflower blue sapphires is foreverrrrrr! So I’m always so happy to meet customers who share that love. This cuff was commissioned under the guidance of my lovely customers Vedic astrology chart, she wanted two sapphires of a specific size to be worn on her wrist. I loved designing this piece as I so rarely make bracelets and cuffs and it’s awakened a desire to make more. Are you a cuff, a bangle or a bracelet person? I’d love to know

Pink tourmaline, you’ve got my heart forever. Set in 14ct gold with a sandblasted silver backing. I love the contrast of the juicy glow against the cool frosted backdrop.

It was such an honour to be entrusted with this extra special pendant by the wonderful K. She wanted the two sapphires and multiple diamonds from her dear mother’s ring transformed into a pendant she would cherish for a lifetime and to pass on to her daughter.

I loved playing around with ideas for the placement of the stones. It was a challenge as the sapphires are slightly different sizes so the layout needed to accommodate that asymmetry while making beautiful use of all the other diamonds. Two extra diamonds were added to complete the pattern and I am so so excited with how this turned out.

It’s a departure from my usual style of jewellery but I’m loving all of the design journeys customers are taking me on with their commissions. I really enjoy the collaborative creativity of making a bespoke piece and helping my customers bring their fantasy jewels to life.

Can’t believe I’ve been back from Thailand over a month now. Time moves so scarily fast in my everyday London life but my month out there felt about three times as long, in a good way.

I had so many ups and downs on this trip but eventually landed and settled into the groove when I arrived in my special little island bubble of Koh Yao Noi. I clicked with this tiny island on such a deep level and me and Noi fell hard for each other.

I’m missing my sunrise meditations with the nature orchestra, my favourite beach, the loveliest locals I’ve probably ever met, my froggie housemates, the calmness of my lil nervous system and the SEAAAAA 😭. And I’d forgotten the joy and freedom of driving a scooter….ahhhh….it was like a rebirth getting back on one after 18 years!

Much has changed since I lived in Thailand all that time ago but it’s still such a joy to be there.

I love getting photos from my customers wearing their jewellery, esPECIALLY in exotic locations and even more especially when that location has a connection to the jewel they’re wearing. Two lovely friends here, Sally and Carol, wearing the rings they both bought from me at Handmade In Chelsea on their trip to Goa. Sally is wearing her Wanderlust - Rajasthan ring here, not quite in Rajasthan but still in the land I adore that inspired this design. We all connected over our love of wonderful India. My Wanderlust rings are finally on my site. (Omg so long since I posted on here….more on that soon)

One of my favourite commissions this year, one very close to my heart, was this sacred vessel designed with to gift to her love for their anniversary. She wanted a talismanic piece with an ancient feel to be worn against the heart and to hold sacred things. I was extremely honoured to be asked to make this piece as all things magick are very close to my heart. Something like this has been on my mind to make for myself for sometime, but I rarely get round to making things for myself, so I adored making it. Made with love and much magick, I hope to make more vessels next year.
