Can’t believe I’ve been back from Thailand over a month now. Time moves so scarily fast in my everyday London life but my month out there felt about three times as long, in a good way.

I had so many ups and downs on this trip but eventually landed and settled into the groove when I arrived in my special little island bubble of Koh Yao Noi. I clicked with this tiny island on such a deep level and me and Noi fell hard for each other.

I’m missing my sunrise meditations with the nature orchestra, my favourite beach, the loveliest locals I’ve probably ever met, my froggie housemates, the calmness of my lil nervous system and the SEAAAAA 😭. And I’d forgotten the joy and freedom of driving a scooter….ahhhh….it was like a rebirth getting back on one after 18 years!

Much has changed since I lived in Thailand all that time ago but it’s still such a joy to be there.

I love getting photos from my customers wearing their jewellery, esPECIALLY in exotic locations and even more especially when that location has a connection to the jewel they’re wearing. Two lovely friends here, Sally and Carol, wearing the rings they both bought from me at Handmade In Chelsea on their trip to Goa. Sally is wearing her Wanderlust - Rajasthan ring here, not quite in Rajasthan but still in the land I adore that inspired this design. We all connected over our love of wonderful India. My Wanderlust rings are finally on my site. (Omg so long since I posted on here….more on that soon)

One of my favourite commissions this year, one very close to my heart, was this sacred vessel designed with to gift to her love for their anniversary. She wanted a talismanic piece with an ancient feel to be worn against the heart and to hold sacred things. I was extremely honoured to be asked to make this piece as all things magick are very close to my heart. Something like this has been on my mind to make for myself for sometime, but I rarely get round to making things for myself, so I adored making it. Made with love and much magick, I hope to make more vessels next year.

Chunky behemoth of a ring to bestow power pon your fine self. Teardrop shaped signet ring, hand carved in wax and cast in solid silver, solid through and through, with the loveliest weight to it. Deep green tourmaline set in 14ct gold with 14ct gold studs. Power up for 2026. One of a selection of one of a kind pieces up on my site now and ready to post.

A recent commission, slightly different to my usual engagement rings. A claw-set crossover ring in 18ct gold with my most adored cornflower-blue sapphire. Lord, how I love this colour of sapphire.

My books are closed for commissions now until mid February as I am going to be in the heavenly realm of Thailand for 4 weeks from mid January. I will be working out there though, my favourite part of my job….gemstone shopping 🤩so, if you’re looking to propose to your beloved next year and want an extra special stone hand picked for you, give me a shout and let me know what to add to my shopping list.

This was the second of the two rings I made for the lovely J to usher in a whole new era of life after retirement and symbolise exciting new directions. She fell so hard for these spectacular green tourmalines I selected as options for the previous ring and decided to have a whole different ring designed to showcase their splendour. What stunners they are. Ain’t mama nature a superstar? This statement of a ring is in sterling silver with a brushed and hammered band with polished bezels.

I’ve been quite busy these past two weeks but also recovering my energy after a marvellous few days the other week. I spend most of my days in full goblin mode in my studio, speaking nary a word to man nor beast, so it was very exciting for me to be around REAL flesh and blood people for a few days (OMG 🥹). But also means my introverted soul needs to power up a bit after exercising the extroverted part of me.

My books are now closed for any big commissions this year but you can still order any made-to-order pieces on my site until next week to receive in time for Christmas. I’m also going to be away from mid January for a month so please do get any orders in soon that you’d like to receive before March next year.

I had such a lovely day yesterday Met so many interesting people and had great chats about pretty, handmade things. I sold a couple of rings that were fresh off the bench and I hadn’t snapped any pics of so spending the quiet moments filming some videos of my new, one of a kind pieces, before they get whisked away too.

New silver surrealist rings with pink tourmaline and blue zircon (looooove this stone!). The stones are set in 9ct gold bezels. Also my new one of a kind pendants, tourmaline gems set in 14ct gold on silver with my new favourite sandblasted finish.

Two extra special pieces, made earlier this year, that I haven’t shared yet. My two Wanderlust rings, inspired by my vagabond spirit and the colours of two places that live large in my heart - Rajasthan and the Caribbean.
