CROCHET CIRCULAR PANDA KEYCHAIN FRAME
MATERIALS Needed:
Green mercerised cotton yarn
0.6 mm steel hook
Stitch marker
Yarn needle
Panda charm
Keyring or lobster clasp
Tassel with jump ring
Step 1: Create the Circular Base Ring
Chain 25–30 (depending on desired size)
Join into a ring with a slip stitch
Round 1: Work single crochets (SC) all around the ring
Round 2–3: Continue with SC to build thickness
Join with a slip stitch to the first SC
Fasten off and weave in the end
Step 2: Add the Leaf Accent
Chain 7
Work back along the chain as follows:
SC in 2nd chain from hook
HDC, DC, DC, HDC, SC
Slip stitch into base of chain to form the leaf
(Optional) Repeat to create a second leaf
Sew or crochet the leaf/leaves to the outer side of the ring
Step 3: Attach the Panda Charm
Use a jump ring or a loop of yarn to suspend the panda
Secure it to the inner top edge of the crocheted ring
Step 4: Add the Tassel
Use a jump ring to attach the tassel to the bottom center of the ring
Ensure it hangs neatly for a balanced look
Step 5: Attach to a Keyring/Lobster Clasp
Slip a jump ring through the top of the crocheted ring or loop
Connect it securely to a metal clasp or keyring
