The ring shape we’re so happy has made a comeback: a chunky, sculptural band with real presence.

A Demi Rubover in 18ct yellow gold, set with a gentle golden diamond.

Not everything in this photo is new. That's rather the point.

Alice and Sam picked their first ring together two and a half years ago. The wedding's close now, and it's still doing exactly what it was made for.

Her engagement ring is our Gracie setting, in 18ct yellow gold, with a square peach sapphire set high, with room alongside for a straight wedding band.

Sam also had a matching sapphire pendant made for her.

But this next part is the one we keep coming back to. Alice is also wearing her mum's engagement ring, re-set with a new stone.

Two rings, one pendant, one very lovely story. More from the big day soon 💛

They said yes to each other long before we ever made the rings.

This just made it official.

Maddy and Courtney got married in Oxfordshire this summer, in a garden that seems to have understood exactly what was needed. Warm light, loose florals, confetti thrown with real enthusiasm.

Two brides in white. No half measures.

Somewhere in the middle of all that noise and joy, the bands we made in our London workshop finally landed where they'd always been headed.

Congratulations, you two. It was a joy to make something that got to be part of this 💍

You don’t need to know what you want. That’s what the first appointment is for ✨

Fran, one of our bespoke consultants, on the bit of the job he loves most - working out what someone wants when they don’t quite know yet.

Handmade in our on-site London workshop. Five to six weeks from the finalised design.

Comment BESPOKE for our guide to commissioning a piece.

“This is the best day.”

Some pieces you make, and some you get to be part of. This one was both.

When Maddy and Courtney came to us, they didn’t want two rings that matched each other - they wanted two rings that matched them. So we started with a scan of Maddy’s engagement ring, its zigzag edge mapped exactly, and built a band to sit against it. Courtney’s we designed in CAD, printed in wax for her to try, then both were cast and finished by hand at the bench.

Then we got to watch them see the finished rings for the first time.

That’s the bit that stays with you. Not the making (even though we love the making) but the faces, the disbelief, the “I’m going to be married” said out loud like it had only just become real.

Handcrafted in our London workshop for Maddy () and Courtney (), ahead of their wedding this summer.

Five years of bespoke consultations. A lot of secrets kept 🤫

Meet Fran - one of the first faces you’ll see when you come in to start designing a ring. He’s the person who takes you from a vague idea (or no idea at all) to something finished, five or six weeks later.

“You’re making history. You’re making special moments through pieces.”

Thinking about bespoke? Comment BESPOKE and we’ll send you our guide.

Two engagement rings. Two very different bands to match.

Maddy’s zigzag design was scanned and CAD’d to sit flush against hers. Courtney’s curved band went from screen to wax to the bench, filed and polished by hand.

Handcrafted in our London workshop, ahead of their wedding this summer.

Most couples design the ring before the proposal. Charlie and Noor did it the other way round.

They got engaged first - no ring waiting in a box, no big reveal moment planned around a stone. Just two people saying yes to each other, and figuring out the ring afterwards, together. When they came to us, they built it from scratch as a couple: every decision, every detail, exactly the way they wanted it.

The result is a Demi Rubover in 18ct yellow gold, set with a gentle golden diamond the colour of honey. It's the kind of ring that's hard not to notice - more than one person on our team has quietly added it to their own wish list since.

Noor put it on for the first time right here in our Exmouth Market workshop, with Charlie standing beside her. Then the two of them walked down the road to Necco and celebrated properly, the way it should be done.

Thank you both for letting us be part of this one. We're so happy for you. x
