I have enjoyed Quickbooks accounting for "Dummies" for the last 10 months. That was until our accountant asked us to upgrade our subscription to include payroll. This couldn't be done by us or our accountant. We were given several differing bits of advice on how to resolve the issue.
Somehow for all their forward thinking have forgotten that they are a service provider not just an accounting app with little follow up support.
I have spent over 20 hours over the last two weeks on a treadmill of helplines with different advice but the same outcome. your advert on saving 8 hours a day is true unless you need help upgrading.
I've been on hold on the phone now for 85 minutes and the log number we were given by Michael on your tier one call support didn't exist in your database.
Please can you help
