🎨Nahli is not only a crystal lover but an artist & singer (picture was taken after she’d been at her art studio all day creating something AMAZING)

🎨London based followers, I wanted to share that Nahli has started hosting painting workshops with food/drinks/good vibes.. something I think we could all benefit from after the year we’ve all had!

💛I like to promote self-care & self-love and so I wanted to share Nahlis art workshops with you as they’re a way to explore your creativity, take some you time, and also get a chance to mix with new people in a comfortable setting. I think it’s easy to want to hide away or be a bit scared of the world opening up, and these workshops seem to be a really nice way to ease yourself into socialising again (whilst getting in touch with your creative side!!)

😻Find someone who looks at you the way Munch looks at me 😂

✨Munch is 1000% a source of stress relief for me; she makes me laugh so much, is always up for a cuddle (especially when I’m sad; she just knows??)
✨Apparently a cats purr is known to relieve stress?!
✨When we spend time with our pets we release serotonin which makes us feel happy! We also lower our cortisol levels, and cortisol is a result of stress!

😻So next time you’re not feeling your best, give your fur baby a cuddle if you have one!

😥STRESS AWARENESS MONTH😥

Thank you for sharing what things can stress you out with me on my story yesterday!

📝One thing that helps me when stressed, is writing stuff down!

📓Some journalling ideas:

✨Gratitude lists - especially when you feel a bit low, be grateful for things
✨Goal setting- whether personal or work related, set some goals and tell yourself you can do it
✨Daily to do lists- to do lists have been my best pals during lockdown 😂 even if it’s just tidying the flat or putting a wash on, ticking off things makes me feel so productive
✨Keeping track of your moods- become more self aware and we notice patterns that then make our mood swings or bad days seem a bit less scary; write down when you feel low, what did you do that day? Is there a pattern? Could you have done something different?
✨Spider diagrams- if somethings overwhelming me I’ll break it down into manageable chunks with a diagram. EG “what’s up” and then noting down all the rushing thoughts you’re having, by writing them down they become less overwhelming for me and I can see it in a nice diagram so I feel like I can focus on each different area and get through it!
