A classic sapphire and diamond 5 stone ring. Set to the centre with a pale blue, round cut sapphire, of the most delicate cornflower blue hue. The central sapphire is flanked by a pair of sparky old single cut diamonds, which catch the light just perfectly. A smaller pair of shimmering sapphires finish off this ring, to create a classic, elegant piece.

This ring has full British hallmarks, for 18 karat gold, telling us it was assayed in London, with a date stamp for 1898.

We celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary yesterday 💕 swipe to see the resultant personal collection addition 💙

I always feel reticent about sharing my personal collection pieces for a multitude of reasons… I don’t want people to think it’s for sale (and then be irritated that it’s not), I don’t want to be braggy about my new jewels, and I feel like people maybe don’t care? But I love seeing people’s personal collection, so I feel like people are interested!

But anyway, I feel like my second wedding anniversary ring deserved a spot here, along with some photos from our wedding day.

The ring is a Deco beauty in platinum, with calibre cut sapphires and glittering diamonds, designed as a stylised bow, with scrolled engraving on the gallery/shoulders, and hailing from France. All the things I love (and with certain similarities to my engagement ring) so it seems like I married the right person! That and the fact that he bought this before we were even married, which I think says it all ❤️

Art Nouveau, enamel AND a pearl?! Pastel hued enamel and pearl is always a combination to die for.

The organic, Art Nouveau shape takes this pendant to the next level. And the fact that there’s a shimmering dogtooth pearl as a dropper? Amazing!

Art Nouveau shapes have so much movement, with all the soft edges, and elegance, and they use negative space just perfectly.

This brooch has been in the presence of Royalty 👑

My mum borrowed this brooch to wear to a garden party at Buckingham Palace, so I can 100% confirm that this brooch has been in the vicinity of the Prince and Princess of Wales.

I am sure that many antique treasures have been in the presence of different members of the Royal Family over that course of time, but it’s not often you can officially confirm it!

This antique brooch is in 18 karat yellow gold, and set with an estimated 1.73ctw of old cut diamonds, elegantly arranged in a daisy formation.

This early-mid Victorian ring is set with a captivating set of 12 old cut diamonds, arranged in a double row formation.

The diamonds total an estimated 2.15ctw of sparkle.

The diamonds are set in shining silver, the depths of which have darkened over time, accentuating the fire of the diamonds.

The ring itself is crafted in 18 karat yellow gold, with hand-carved scrolls to the shoulders.

The smooth, rounded band makes it ever so comfortable to wear, and a delight to place upon your finger.

Rubies and diamonds, raised on a hand-carved, scrolling gallery, a coveted and sought-after element of jewellery from the late 1800s and early 1900s.
