As we come to the end of an incredible weekend, we just wanted to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you.
Firstly, a huge thank you to Dyfed Dirt Bike Club for trusting us with the opportunity to cater at the British Enduro Round in Cwmann, Lampeter. It was a privilege to be part of such a fantastic event and to play a small role in what was an amazing weekend for everyone involved.
From the crack of dawn serving breakfast rolls each day, to the Friday BBQ, Saturdays hog roast and ending with a BBQ on Sunday afternoon, and keeping the bar going on all three days, it was certainly a busy weekend—but one we thoroughly enjoyed.
To every rider, supporter, spectator and volunteer who stopped by for food or a drink, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your support, patience, kind words and smiles made all the hard work worthwhile. We truly appreciate every single one of you.
A very special thank you goes to our incredible staff. You worked tirelessly from early mornings until late into the night with smiles on your faces, giving your all every step of the way. We simply couldn't have done it without you. Also a shout out to BHE Refrigeration Wales for a fantastic service.
Weekends like this remind us why we love what we do. Thank you to everyone who made it so special. We hope you all had a fantastic time, travelled home safely, and we look forward to see you once again.

What a fantastic day and evening at the Aberhoffnant Summer Festival! ☀️🎉
A huge thank you to everyone who came along, supported us, and enjoyed our food. It was a pleasure serving our hog roast and sides throughout the afternoon, followed by our BBQ in the evening. Seeing so many happy faces made all the hard work worthwhile!
A special thank you to the festival organisers for putting together such a brilliant event and to all the guests for your patience, support, and kind comments throughout the day.
Lastly, I couldn't have done it without my amazing team. A massive thank you to Dilys, Jasmine for the front of house work and Tammy for ( the preparation behind the scenes ) for all your hard work, dedication, and smiles from start to finish. You were absolute stars! 🌟 Especially on such a warm day.
We really appreciate everyone's support and can't wait to do it all again next year!

What an absolutely fantastic day and night we had at the Llandysul & Pontweli Carnival!
We were incredibly proud to be part of such a special community event, serving our hog roast throughout the day, followed by our BBQ and bar service into the evening. The atmosphere from start to finish was simply amazing, and it was wonderful to see so many people coming together to celebrate.
First and foremost, a huge thank you to our incredible staff. Your hard work, dedication, and enthusiasm throughout a very long day and night did not go unnoticed. We simply couldn't do what we do without such a fantastic team, and we're incredibly grateful for everything you do.
A huge thank you also goes to all of the committee members whose hard work, dedication, and countless hours of planning made this incredible event possible. Events like this don't happen without the commitment of volunteers working tirelessly behind the scenes.
We'd also like to congratulate and thank everyone who took part in the parade. The effort, creativity, and community spirit on display were truly outstanding and made the carnival such a memorable occasion.
Above all, thank you to the fantastic community of Llandysul and Pontweli for your incredible support. Your warmth, enthusiasm, and support for local businesses and community events are what make occasions like this so special.
We feel privileged to have been part of such a brilliant celebration and are already looking forward to next year!

Roeddem yn hynod falch o fod yn rhan o ddigwyddiad cymunedol mor arbennig, yn gweud ein rhost mochyn drwy gydol y dydd, ac yna'n darparu ein BBQ a'n bar gyda'r nos. Roedd yr awyrgylch o'r dechrau i'r diwedd yn anhygoel, ac roedd yn hyfryd gweld cymaint o bobl yn dod ynghyd i ddathlu.

What a fantastic weekend we have had at Swine & Dine. Brilliant events, fantastic locations and even greater guests ☺️🎉🥳❤️ We've had a brilliant weekend from grazing tables, to standard hogroasts to also ones with all the trimmings.
It's been a stressful weekend I am not going to lie. But I'm extremely happy with the end product we have put together for guests and the events we've attended.
From my father, partner ( Tammy ) and dilys doing a local birthday celebration in llandysul. To me, my brother ( Liam ) and jasmine venturing down to the fantastic The Courtyard Wales in ferry side on a fantastic summers evening I couldn't be more proud of you all.
Thank you to all that have booked and attended and we hope to see you all again soon. ☺️❤️

Little piggies have been busy 😁 over the last few days. The weather has been absolutely fantastic for our customers, helping make their celebrations even more special. But I'm not going to lie – it has been a challenge for us 🥵🤯.
Over the last few days, we've carried out a vast array of different types of catering, from our standard hog roasts to some fantastic grazing boards, as well as helping others out at their own events. Llandysul Cricket Club was one of them, where we helped out with others doing some BBQ catering and supported a curry evening as part of a fundraising day for some much-loved charities. It was a fantastic team effort by everyone involved.
An important thank you from myself must go to my trusted team of staff. I know the last few days have been tough, with the heat making things extra challenging, and I truly appreciate all your hard work.

Mae moch bach wedi bod yn brysur 😁 dros yr ddyddiau diwethaf. Mae'r tywydd wedi bod yn hollol wych i'n cwsmeriaid, gan helpu i wneud eu dathliadau hyd yn oed yn fwy arbennig. Ond dydw i ddim am ddweud celwydd - mae wedi bod yn her i ni 🥵🤯.
Dros yr ddyddiau diwethaf, rydym wedi cynnal amrywiaeth eang o wahanol fathau o arlwyo, o'n rhostiau moch i rai byrddau pori gwych, yn ogystal â helpu eraill yn eu digwyddiadau eu hunain. Roedd Clwb Criced Llandysul yn un ohonyn nhw, lle gwnaethom helpu gydag eraill yn gwneud rhywfaint o arlwyo barbeciw a chefnogi noson gyri fel rhan o ddiwrnod codi a***n ar gyfer rhai elusennau annwyl iawn. Roedd yn ymdrech tîm wych gan bawb a oedd yn rhan.
Rhaid I mi rhoi diolch yn fawr arbenig i'm tîm dibynadwy. Rwy'n gwybod bod yr digddyddiau diwethaf wedi bod yn anodd, gyda'r gwres yn gwneud pethau'n ychwanegol o heriol, ac rwy'n gwerthfawrogi eich holl waith caled yn fawr iawn.

A brand new venue we visited last night being Carmarthen showground for the Amman valley mounted games competition. Weather was totally on our side this weekend compared to last. Great to be spoilt for choice with the amount of room we had to set up. Thank you to all that attended it was a fantastic evening.

Roedd y tywydd hollol ar ein ochor y penwythnos hwn o’i gymharu â’r penwythnos diwethaf. Roedd yn wych cael digonedd o ddewis gyda faint o le oedd gennym i baratoi. Diolch i bawb a fynychodd, roedd yn noson wych.
