As a small, independent studio, every appointment is time I’ve set aside just for you 💫 Recently, no-shows and last minute cancellations have had a real impact on my day, my income, and the way I’m able to run my business.

So when booking an appointment with our studio, this policy will now be part of how we honour everyone’s time and commitment. This hasn’t been an easy decision for me, but an important one.
