Hey.... everyone...

Am starting to get busy, now I've reopened.

MY OPENING DAYS & HOURS

Monday 9-5
Tuesdays 9-5
Wednesdays 9-5
Fridays 9-5

These are partime hours and days. I will be having evenings and weekends off with my family.

Posting items will be done only on WEDNESDAYS.

Messages will be replied to durring working hours and days only. If you have sent a message please bare with me, I will reply durirng my new opening hours.

CHRISTMAS ORDERING.

If your wanting an order in time for Xmas. Please get your orders in by the 28th of NOVEMBER for normal orders.

MADE TO ORDER....orders please get your orders in by 6th of NOVEMBER.

any orders made after these dates I WONT be able guarantee they will reach you before Xmas.

Back open and now taking orders. Below is a reminder of my work, and complete brand new price list and full terms and conditions.

PLEASE READ

I will be working on a partime basis as I have a little one at home still, messages will be replied to week days only durring the day time. EVENINGS and WEEKENDS I will be CLOSED.

POSTING of items will be every Wednesday only.

Ashes and hair must be sent via POST ONLY..... NO more in person drop offs. (Only reoccurring long term customers may be able to drop off and collect under discussion and arrangements)

PLEASE ........ could I remind people that am currently CLOSED...I am on maternity leave my baby is only 12 weeks old! Am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused people. I will NOT be responding to any messages regarding price lists, orders, enquiries etc.... the ONLY messages I will respond to are those that I have responded to regarding any iusses or enquiries with past recent orders.

I will announce when am back and I could please REMIND people that I can take up to 9 to 12 months off. So it will be at least mimuim a few months before am open again.

Could I please remind people, that am NO longer taking new orders, this is due to me going on maternity leave. (Or trying to go on maternity leave)

HOWEVER.... those of you who have placed orders and waiting for orders, Am still working, and will get all orders finished and sent out before I go on maternity leave, so please don't worry.

I will respond to all messages in due course please do bare with me. As I have a back log of orders to get done, and a back log of messages to reply to, as well as juggling a rough pregnancy (unfortunately my pregnancy has been quite rough involing many trips to the hospital and many midwife appointments), plus am trying to get on top of everything at home etc...

Am feeling very snowed under and quite unwell. I will endeavour to make sure everyone has thier orders completed before I close down for maternity leave, if that means am working until baby pops out then so be it... so please I ask you not to worry and ask you to please bare with me and be patient... as many of you know that used me in the past knows that am a reliable trust worthy jewellery maker.

Due to late leaving on maternity leave I will be taking weekends completely off... so I will only reply to messages on week days, from now on, as I need weekends to rest and to catch up on home life stuff, I need to give way somewhere.

Please do get your orders in by the 31st of December, all orders must be in and paid for by the 31st of December due to me going on maternity leave. Orders after this date WON'T be accepted. Only 3 days left to place your orders so HURRY to avoid disappointment. 🙂

am EXTENDING the XMAS closing deadline to the end of this week if u have any thing you wanted for Xmas please order before Friday the 8th of December! Orders after this won't be guaranteed before Xmas.

ITS ONLY 2 AND HALF WEEKS to get your orders in before I go on maternity leave (as I will.be taking Xmas week off) so I ADVISE you get your orders in NOW if you wanted your order before I go on maternity leave. That way I can get stock ordered in now before the suppiers close for Xmas.
