Delivery day!
Only a small one but excited to see the new lockets, chains, and charms landing at Memory Lockets HQ, which is a very grand way of saying on my deck in my Lincoln garden 😆.

It's not glamorous. There's no perfect mood shot or orchestrated unboxing. Just me, a couple of parcels, some bad narration (I don't have a scriptwriter ya'll lol) and a very questionable camera angle.

But this is what keeps the shop stocked and orders going out, I kinda like the raw unedited of it all so I wouldn't have it any other way ❤️.

I wrote something a little different today.
A blog post about losing a pet, because the grief is real and it deserves to be taken seriously.

It's personal, it's honest, and it features my little old man Blaze rather heavily. If you've ever loved and lost a furbaby, or you're in that difficult place of knowing the time is coming, you're not alone and I hope this helps, even just a little xx.

Sunday at the workbench. Sorting through charms, catching up on admin, and Snizzles has claimed what should be Blaze's napping spot🐱 .

People don't always realise how much of running a small jewellery business happens away from the making itself. Charms need organising, stock needs checking, photos need editing, and somewhere in the middle of all that the actual lockets get made. I decided I didn't like the latest birthstone shipment so I am redoing them 💪.

Wouldn't have it any other way💙 .

What better way to celebrate someone special turning 16 than with a memory locket filled with all the things that make her who she is. I loved working with this customer as they picked out the charms that resonated with their niece.

I’m not a mindless shop. Getting to know my customers, and the people that are thought of as they travel their memory locket journey is one of the best bits about my little business.
To discover she loved cats, music and *ofc* painting her nails made me smile as I remembered myself at 16, oh to be young again lol.

We finished it off with some of her favourite colours and the ever iconic ‘love you to the moon & back’ backplate. A perfect memory locket, for a perfect person.

As the sun starts to rise over (I hope a sunny) Lincolnshire morning, I'm off to the airport to wave off my amazing minions on their half term break.

I always miss them when they are not here, but at least I can put the finishing touches to the website rebuild 😆.

Then heading back to sort out the ginger one (pic to follow later) and start another day in the workshop ❤️

Did you know that memory lockets don’t have to just be necklaces? My crystal bangle is a perfect example. This one has a "Mum" heart, pink flower, music note and a pink cross inside.

This one's for all my canine guardians. Who doesn’t love the silhouette of a Scottie dog. Add to that a paw print, a little bone, and an espresso (5am walks definitely need one of those lol), and a "love my dogs" charm. My customer finished her locket journey with a July birthstone and little star gem.
