So I wrote a poem for spreading smiles appeal

In the heart of every storm, a ray of light,
Spreading smiles where shadows once held tight,
Through the trials and the tears we've faced,
A beacon of hope, by kindness embraced.

From the halls of Forget Me Not's gentle care,
To PDAP Refuge, souls find solace there,
In the warmth of compassion, love finds a way,
To heal wounds and brighten each day.

Tiff with EDS and Joshie with Down's,
Their stories inspire, erase all frowns,
Spreading Smiles Appeal, born from adversity,
Turning trolls' negativity into positivity.

In every laugh and every heartfelt grin,
We see the power of love, how it begins,
To mend the hurt and soothe the pain,
Bringing sunshine after the rain.

So let's join hands, unite our hearts,
In this noble cause where kindness starts,

Good morning you lovely people

How are we all, are we enjoying the warmer weather

I'm enjoying the weather but with me having fibromyalgia my body really isn't liking the warmer weather and I've more aches and pains than usual

The joys of having a chronic illness that is triggered by the weather, the weather doesn't trigger everyone but it is one of my triggers and people that I know that have fibromyalgia also struggle with the weather changes

I absolutely love the colour of this top, made by the lovely tiff at SpreadingSmilesAppeal I tend to let tiff choose the colour for me
This is colour is stunning especially for the summer it's not too thick either

Tiff can do 3d toy shop merch, spreading smiles merch and custom designs, I've had a few items made for Chelsea's creations hut and would go any where else the quality Is really goo

Let's do a reintroduction to who I am and what it is I do and what I want to achieve sorry I've been MIA (Missing In Action) lifes a bit busy

I'm Chelsea 31 years old, founder of Chelsea's creations hut I make wax melts and jewelley I want my business to raise awareness of hidden disabilities and mental health

I have fibromyalgia, asthma, sphincter of oddi dysfunction which I'll have explain what these are in another post if you don't know what they are. I also struggle with my mental health my mental health issues are depression and anxiety

I choose my business to raise awareness to hidden disabilities and mental health due to struggling with them myself and understand how frustrating it can be to get heard and because people don't understand the condition as they don't know enough about the condition

And I can want to make an amazing community where we all support each other

Please be mindful there is me and only me that runs this business, I also work a part time job in SEND school as a learning support assistant

In Sheffield today meeting my cousin although she is my best friend and our Sebastian, been way too long cuz, not long to wait now Sebastian has autism and is non verbal and also has osteogenesis imperfecta he's just an amazing little boy and I love him unconditionally 💙💙💙💙
