🌊 Beachcombing Together – Our Final Coastal Walk 🌊
This Sunday 22 March | 1–3pm we’ll be gathering for our fourth and final Beachcombing walk along the shoreline at Lee-on-the-Solent.
If you’ve joined us on previous walks it would be lovely to see you again — and if you haven’t been able to come yet, you’re very welcome to join us for this final session.
📍 Meeting point: The Arcade, Lee-on-the-Solent
🚶♀️ Route: Walking along the shore towards Brown Down, stopping along the way at the stone shelters.
As always, we’ll walk slowly, notice what the tide has carried in, and take time to connect with the stories of the coast.
This final walk will also include some creative activities:
📓 Mini zine making inspired by our beachcombing walks (Emma has been showing us a couple of lovely ways to create these)
🪨 Stone mosaics using materials from the shoreline
✍️ Creative reflection using some of the resources I’ll bring along
We’re also hoping Not Lost Jewellery might join us, as Lee-on-the-Solent is where she often finds the sea glass she uses in her beautiful jewellery. 💎
✨ Project update:
I’ve been working on the final Beachcombing zine this week, and it’s really starting to come together. We’re planning a small end-of-project celebration, likely towards the end of April or beginning of May, where we can share the finished zine and celebrate the stories and reflections gathered along the way. More details on that soon.
Everyone is welcome — whether you’ve walked with us before or are simply curious to come along.
You’re very welcome to simply turn up, even if you haven’t joined the earlier walks.
🌊 Beachcombing is really the art of noticing — what the tide returns, and what we rediscover along the way.
👇 If you’re thinking of joining us on Sunday, feel free to comment below so we know who to look out for.
