Sorry I’ve been quiet! New job and lots going on at home has meant there’s not been much time for making things. However, I now have a fabulous new workspace which does have to double up as a home office but hey, who wouldn’t want to be surrounded by beautiful beads when working from home?
This afternoons treat is sorting through a new bag of goodies 😎

This is a reminder to myself and anyone else…I got up early this morning to do a yoga class and I’m now relaxing by the pool….the devastation which is in my kitchen can wait and will get sorted later.

Usually I’m pretty calm & relaxed but we all have different ways of reacting to stress & different ways of showing it! ✨Even though stress is sometimes not outwardly displayed through the physical body we can still be feeling it in Nervous System. ✨So be present to the subtleties of stress.

Watch for the inward reactions, maybe your breathing is faster, maybe you’re forgetting & misplacing things, maybe your sleep is irregular, maybe you are connecting to people less consciously.✨

So just take a minute now to slow down , tune in with the breath, and just be present coming back to this stability point, back to your centre. ✨
Take a deep breath and sigh, then continue inhaling for 2 , exhaling for 4 bringing the Nervous system back to its calm state again. ✨
