Bespoke pieces
Due to the nature of resin, some products produce more bubbles than others, and small air pockets may form when an item/ product is put into the resin. Resin also naturally has tiny air bubbles. I will do everything I can to minimise this, but it is not always possible. As my products are handmade and made to ord
er, every item will be unique and individual. In light of this, personalised/ made to order or custom pieces will be non refundable unless the item is damaged. Every piece of art is made by myself. However, if there is a design that you have in mind, please feel free to get in touch. I will always do my best to accommodate your request/ vision. Resin specifications
According to my manufacturer, my resin is UV resistant. However, over time, resin will discolour. To prevent yellowing, avoid excessive UV/ sunlight exposure. According to the manufacturer, my resin is also heat resistant, however, I reccomend that you do not place freshly boiled mugs on the products straight away and give the item a few weeks until you use the coaster for items with heat. This is to give the resin time to fully cure after being made. Cleaning
To clean your products, wipe gently with a soft, lightly damp cloth. As resin is not plastic or glass, it may scratch easily, take care when handling the product. This does not come under 'damaged'. Payment
Payment is to be taken when placing the order unless specifically stated otherwise. In light of a postage estimate due to a weight query, 50% of the item will be taken upfront and the remaining 50% due once postage is calculated and ready to be shipped. Flowers
Flowers must be dried to be encased in resin. This could take numerous weeks depending on the moisture of your flowers. Please get in touch to discuss your flowers if you have any questions. Smaller flowers take less time to dry out compared to bigger pieces. Flowers can shrink, change colour as they dry out or go brown due to circumstances beyond my control.
