1st Kinross Boys' Brigade and Girls' Association 1st Kinross Boys' Brigade and Girls' Association is a Christian youth organisation 102 years old

1st Kinross Boys' Brigade and Girls Association is the oldest youth group operating in Kinross-shire with 97 years of active service. We cater for boys and girls from the ages of 5 up until 18 operating in three sections (Anchors - primaries one, two and three; Juniors -primaries four, five and six and Company - primary seven till age 18). We operate from Kinross Church Centre with our meeting nig

ht being a Friday evening (Anchors 6 - 7:15 pm; Juniors 7 - 9 pm; Company 7 - 10 pm). We operate the BB awards programme, based on three main areas: community, interests and physical. As well as award activities we also compete in local and national competitions (chess, badminton, table tennis, masterquiz, football, swimming, volleyball, basketball) as well as camping activities). In addition to this we now offer the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme for those eligible for Bronze, Silver and Gold awards.

National Monopoly Challenge in Edinburgh, Sat. 3rd Oct. 11 - 4pm
The Edinburgh challenge is based on the popular board game of ‘Monopoly’, with teams of 3-6 people being challenged to visit as many properties as possible on your chosen city’s Monopoly Board. The event is for the Company and Seniors age groups and will take place on Saturday 3rd October 2026.
