So I hope you enjoy the pictures of my festive stall at The Parsonage Hotel in Escrick near York from last week. This was my last Christmas Market this year, so a big thank you to everyone who stopped by to browse, chat or buy!

The Collective Christmas Market yesterday 🎄🎄🎄!

So that's a wrap on my first Christmas market of this year with a lovely group of artists and makers curated by .collective! Thanks so much as always to the fabulous Sher .boutique and Haley .daughter , ably supported by Dave, for all their hard work behind the scenes to make the market and the raffle happen.

I love coming to Hornsea as the atmosphere is always so welcoming and relaxed and yesterday's event was rounded off in such a special way with the raffle drawn by in aid of the Yorkshire Air Ambulance in memory of Vince Burkill. I hope everyone who won is enjoying their amazing prizes donated by local artists, makers and local businesses!

It was great to see so many familiar faces visiting the market yesterday. Thanks to everyone who browsed, chatted or bought a piece of my jewellery yesterday - you're the best!

And a big shout out to my stall neighbours for making yesterday so enjoyable 🩷:

The Collective Christmas Market 🎄🦌🎄!

The .collective Christmas Market is nearly here, starting tonight (Friday 7th November) in the St Nicholas Parish Hall in Hornsea with the Preview evening 5.30pm to 8.30pm and continuing tomorrow (Saturday 8th November) from 10.00am - 4.30pm!

I will be there on Saturday 8th and these are some of the new pieces I am bringing with me, with gorgeous stones like Topaz, Amethyst, Tourmaline, Moissanite and Lapis Lazuli.

The event is a fabulous opportunity to start your Christmas shopping with independent small businesses. You can also help us raise money for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance in memory of Vance Burkill, by taking part in the raffle with amazing artisan prizes for the lucky ticket holders 🩷. You won't want to miss it!

Open on Friday 7th November for the evening preview and on Saturday 8th from 10.00 - 4.30pm, find gorgeous, unique gifts, which are all handmade by amazing makers and artists. November Market News!

And my last event is the Riley-Smith Hall Craft Fair, complete with live music and cafe, in Tadcaster on Sunday 30th November as part of the Christmas Market and Festival. So as well as the Craft Fair there will be market stalls outside in the town and events in the churches - sounds like a lovely opportunity to get into the festive spirit!

Yesterday .collective Open Studio 🩷!

I am so pleased I had the opportunity to take part in the first Open Studio - such a lovely atmosphere and great to see familiar faces and meet new artists and makers. Thanks so much to Sher .boutique for all her hard work behind the scenes and on the day for organising the event, ably supported by Dave as always 🩷! I loved the venue - loads of space and I had the perfect lighting for my stall, which really showcased the gemstones, so I was very happy 😊.

Thanks to everyone who visited to support the event and stopped to browse my jewellery, buy or place an order - I really appreciate you all!

And a big shout out to the other makers who were such great company yesterday - thanks so much to the others in our unit (loved our metal smithing chats), , , , and Jo Simpson. And lovely to catch up with , and .

The countdown to Hornsea Open Studio is on!!!

And I'm busy prepping behind the scenes for the .collective first Hornsea Open Studios event in collaboration with !!! Follow both these accounts for all the details of the event.

This is what's on my workbench today, together with a few of the processes I've gone through to get to this stage. So will everything be finished in time or not? Or will I be bringing some works in progress with me so that you can see what silver jewellery looks like before it gets its final polish? Find out when I am there on Saturday!

I'm sure I'm not the only one working away behind the scenes so a big shout out to the other artists and makers who are taking part (hope I haven't forgotten anyone...) Hornsea Open Studio is next weekend!

This is a brand new event organised by .collective taking place at over three days starting on Friday 24th October. This is your chance to meet a fabulous group of artists and makers, and find out about what they do and the creative processes involved.

I will be there on Saturday 25th October and will be bringing some of my tools with me so you can get a behind the scenes insight into some of the steps involved in making my jewellery.
