Next week in Silver Swans it’s back to the Nutcracker themed classes. Music from the beautiful ballet and a little snippet of the Sugar Plum Fairy variation🩰🧚❄️

In tap we’re preparing for the Tapathon event on the the 15th (and building up an appetite for Sunday lunch 🤤)

Move it or Lose it is as normal (as normal as can be with me leading the sessions😂🤩)

And our Chatty Chairs and Dance-sit get the autumn/winter theme sessions for November🎆🍂

Not only do I teach my wonderful lads and ladies dance, in this case relating to Silver Swans - I also am a Postural Stability Instructor, meaning I specialise in fall prevention.

🚨 URGENT CALL — MOVE IT OR LOSE IT MONDAYS! 🚨

I’m putting out a little plea to all my lovely followers. 🥺💗
I really don’t want that to stop this class, so I’m asking for your help! 🙏🏼

💪 Staying active is so important at every age. It helps us maintain strength, mobility, balance and flexibility, supports our overall health and wellbeing, and helps us feel stronger and more confident in everyday life.

And let’s be honest… as we get older, keeping our bodies moving becomes even more important! 🫶🏼

One less opportunity to exercise means one less opportunity to:
