This is mine and my families favourite summer drink and we just can't get enough of it 😍 Homemade elderflower cordial made by me from the elder tree in my garden, mixed with lots of ice, a squeeze of lemon and fresh mint and lemon balm from the garden 😋 you just can't beat this taste!! I made 4 litres 4 days ago and we only have 2 left 🤣 it's just that good!! Also makes great homemade ice lollies 🥂 yum. Ps I use the River Cottage recipe to make mine which you can find on the net in case you fancied making your own ###x

Happy Saturday 😊 I had to share this because I love Dandelions and I eat/drink them in one way or another every single day ❤ You can eat and cook with the greens like spinach, the flowers in cakes biscuits and tea, and the roots can be made into a beautiful mellow coffee..... and the best bit, it's all medicinal, the whole plant will help your body in so many ways ! Well worth growing your own at home 🥂 Have a beautiful weekend everyone ###
